I'd like to upgrade CP to 6.3 and am curious to know if anyone has run into any gotchas along the way?
I didn't encounter any snags, and I used Tarnolds post as a guide along with the release notes.

Of gotchas.. Not in the direct upgrade, but..
If you use enforcement policies with Conditions like: "connection:NAD-IP-Address:Belongs_to_group:groupname" - you're unable to change existing or create new rules of this type. I just get a javascript error, and I've tried in Chrome, Firefox, IE.
I hit the BELONGS_TO_GROUP javascript bug as well. It is fixed in 6.3.1(Mid-March).
The workaround I found is to export the service and modify the XML, then reimport.
Great info. Thanks guys.
The upgrade could take up to 3 hrs depending on the environment
