We recently had a consultant in to upgrade our controller to 8.x code (from 6.4) and install a Mobility Master.  Before the upgrade I could go into Guests from CPPM, click on Manage Guests, and on any individual guest account see their active sessions (by clicking on the guest account and then Sessions).  I noticed the Active Sessions were no longer populating after the upgrade.

I feel like this was just an oversight on checking a box, but I do not know where to set it up.   The consultant has moved on and I have no access there.  Any suggestions would be welcome.

"RADIUS Interim Accounting" under the AAA profile is already checked.  Is there another place I need to enable this?

Do you have a radius accounting server group assigned, as well?

RADIUS Accoutning Group was not selected, nor was RFC 3576 Server.  They must have accidentally been left off.  I can now see active sessions for newly created guest accounts.

    Thank you for the assistance.

Check whetherLog Accounting Interim-Update Packets is also enabled in Clearpass for Radius service under Administration » Server Manager » Server Configuration >> cppm server >> Service Parameters tab along with radius server group in controller.
