CPGuest Reports for remote AP's

    Is there a way I can get information about a remote AP in a user report?

    The goal is to get either the AP name, outer IP or mac address inlcuded in the report.

    AP MAC address would normally be in the Called-Station-ID attribute.  You can add this field to the report.

     

    You can also do reporting based on vendor-specific attributes included in the RADIUS accounting packets.  To do this, you first need to enable the attribute for use in reporting, using the RADIUS dictionary.  Then, the Reporting Manager should be able to see the attribute and allow you to include it in a report.

    I'll try the second option. The called station ID show the controller's mac address.
