CPPM 802.1x with cisco ip phone

    Hello,
    I configured the cisco switch in L2 under 802.1x in Clearpass and the phone is connected to it
    I have a problem with profiling when I connect the phone, cpass does not profile it and therefore does not get the correct vlanu.
    A CPPM helper was added in L3

    Any suggestions?

    Could you confirm if the helper is reaching ClearPass? You can capture packets in ClearPass to confirm it.
