    Hi guys,

     

    Just that quick question, what is the difference between the tips database and insight database in ClearPass? I have browsed the CPPM user guide and this community and seen no answer.

    Insight is the reporting module and that database stores session information.

     

    What are you trying to do?

    Hi Tim,

     

    And tips database? I don't want to do anything, just I am taking the ClearPass Essentials course and in the Guest module they talked about tips and insight database.

    Tips is the configuration database.

     

    You should ask your instructor these questions 😀.
