CPPM Private MIBs

    I'm working with the private MIB file for CPPM.  I cannot find any documentation that specifics the the time frame covered in the results of a snmp query.  For example if I query radAuthCounterCount to get the total number of radius authentication what time frame is covered?  Last 12 hours, last 24 hours, Last 3 days, since the server has been up?
