Hi,

 

I have made selective mac address as "Known" in Endpoint with description.

Now i want to document "Known" mac address list with there description.

After filter "Known" user data i am not able see description. Mac address description will help me to know the owner name which i mentioned in description.

 

How will i get description details?

Where are you looking at this? In the xml export?

xml as well on the same page of cppm--Endpoints.

I'm not sure I'm understanding. 

Do you have data in the description field and can't see it or are you trying to update it automatically?

i have data(Employee Name) in description field but i am not able to see those data after filter "Known" mac address or export.

I don't understand what you mean about Known.

I imported .xml file into Microsoft excel (From XML data import) and now i am able to see all details with description.
