CPPM not detecting OS

    I have Instant APs authenticating to CPPM. Im noticing that in the IAP Im seeing clients successfully auth but the OS of those clients are not displaying. What could be causing the OS not to be detected; controller or CPPM issue?

    What is the OS?
    Do you have DHCP helpers pointing to ClearPass?

    Not sure the OS, thats the problem. Some clients are detected and most are not. The ones that work appear to be a mix IOS, andriod, windows. 

     

    Yes, we just added the IP helper addresses yesterday
