Every so often, when we query a mac address in Access-Tracker we either get a "database error"  displayed or just a blank "temoplate field"  Access-Tracker returns an initial search for with clickable records .. you just can't get any further. Attached are two images, one shoing the db error message the other if you connect to the cluster server that did the auths and tried looking for the info there.

Upon closer examination its  all auths performed by 1  cluster node.... and looking in  the master publisher event log for that server we see lots of

    DB write service(fdb) unstable backlog:4

entries . This stated happening 2:45 this morning ... just after the cppm housekeeping stuff

and of course having raised a TAC call ... 5 mins before a remote session, ( taking into account it had been generating the error for hours) .... the d**n thing sorted itself out!
