CPPM radius authentication failed with controller 7010

    Hi All,

     

    Radius athentication failed between CPPM and Controller 7010. But same configuration applied to Controller 3400 and it works fine.

    For first pic: modify your service, the req is not hitting your Service. [could you post your service summary]

    In 2nd pic its looking like you are testing your controller internal DB, make sure the user is in your internal DB.

    Edit: If you want to test CPPM from there, select CPPM ip from drop down and make sure the user is in CPPM's local DB.

    The authentication check on the controller will never pass in ClearPass. If it fails, that's a good sign. If you get a timeout, you may want to check connectivity.
