I can successfully sent test email on "Administration -> External Servers -> Messaging Setup". But CPPM can't sent email receipt to guest.

Hi,
looks like, the SMTP don't support providing credentials.
Try to leave the credentials blank, otherwise call the TAC.
edit: Overwatchted the AUTH Parameter provided, maybe there is another Problem with the SMTP.
