This is kind of a weird situation I'm having and it is the second time I see this.
I have downloaded the latest 6.7.6 update into my clearpass 6.7.5 instance and installed it but didn't have the chance to press the reboot button.
Then, I had to go work on something else and by the time I came back to clearpass I had been logged out. I was then no longer able to log into clearpass/tips with my active directory/ldap credentials and I had to use the local admin account of Clearpass.
As well, I see nothing in the access tracker denying my AD login with the message:
Invalid Username or Password specified
Has anyone else seen this issue? I had it happen when going from 6.7.3 to 6.7.5 as well.
I wanted to open a case but for some reason it seems that the support.hpe.com domain is having issues right now.
