In this document you will find a way to define a time and day policy for certain roles

It can permit a time limit after establishing a session?

You could time them out with the controller and control access with guest account expiration.

Are you looking for access like:  You can connect for 4 hours in a 24 hour period or something like that?  I think you would need clearpass for that.

If you create individual users in the local user database, their expiry time is enforced after the user logs in::

Like Evan W says, anything more complicated and you will need ClearPass Policy Manager.
