Captive portal in Aruba 2930 switch

    scenario : Lan users connected to Aruba 2930F switch will be athuenticated using Captive portal from clearpass. Using a dummy mac_auth service + Downloadable_User_roles, captive portal is pushed to switch.

     

    Issue : After registration in captive portal, the WEBAUTH request hitting clearpass with Src IP : 127.0.0.1 instead of Switch IP. we have multiple switches and unable to identify the exact switch that is forwording WEBAUTH request. Is there any option to view switch IP in WEBAUTH request?

    No. The captive portal is between the client and ClearPass.
