Hi all

first off; I'm new to Aruba and Central.

 

I just had a brand new Aruba AP 215 installed, managed with Aruba central. Connecting guest login with facebook login is working but on Windows phones and Windows PC's I get a certificate error when I connect to the guest network with this facebook login.

 

The certificate error seems to happen when the redirection from facebook login to the Aruba internal URL happens.

 

This is what I do;

Connect to the guest SSID
Click the orange F (facebook) login sign
the I get redirected to the facebook page where I click, sign in
and then it redirects me too;
https://securelogin.aurbanetworks.com/...

Then the error pops-up, saying the Certificate is not correct.

Anyone knows how to handle and solve this?

The certificate on the ap is a default cert. For production ito should be replaced by a valid certificate and the securelogin.arubanetworks.com should be replaced by the host name of the controller or ap.

One of the mobility SE should be able to post a link to a best practice.

Since your an MVP, is there any place where I can find good documentation about aruba Central and best practices?

Unfortunately Im an expert on the clearpass side of Aruba. There should be docs listed in the support site.

There should be a few reference design guides online but I don't know which ones you should use. Thats why I was hoping one of the Mobility SE will chime in. :)
