Clear Pass Endpoint Profiler not profiling

My Clear Pass system is up with a data and amangement port. 

All services are running

I have the data port listed as a helper address on a few VLAN's

I took a packet capture from the clear pass collect logs page.

I see DHCP requests getting to the CP server.


No devices show up in the endpoint profiler.....


I was told there are no "settings" for this service and it's on be default, still no endpoints.
