    Do I need purchase any additional licensing to bring up a subscriber and/or standby publisher?

    You will need to buy the second appliance or VM but you don't have to buy any additional lic. In a cluster the lic is share between the cluster.

    Just to clarify. You mean only the Guest, Onguard, Onboard or Enterprise licences are shared?
