    Hi all,

One of our customers is experiencing strange behaviour on their CPPM. At some point Device Group was created that now cannot be deleted. When "Delete" button is clicked for a brief moment CPPM seems to be working on it, but group stays in the list.

We created new groups meantime, and those can be deleted without any issues. CPPM is now running on 6.6.5, but the "issue" was noticed while it was on 6.6.2. Thanks on any suggestions in advance.

    Regards,

    NesaM

Is the device group being referenced in any services or anywhere else?

    Hi James,

It is not anymore (used to be before).

If we try to delete a group that is referenced message appears saying "Cannot delete the selected Device Group. It is associated with the following...". This group is not displaying this message.

    Regards,
