ClearPass Guest Registration Page - not displaying for certain devices

We are using IAP 105's and CleaPass Guest(amigopod) for guest access. Last night during an implementation, we were getting reports that Laptops(Dell's etc) were getting to registration page, authenticating with no problems and getting out to the internet, but IOS and Android devices were not getting the registration page after connecting to the guest SSID. These devices were still able to out to the internet and were being put into the authenticated role.
Today though i see some IOS devices authenticated with thier registered names but still see some with no registered name and being put into an authenticated role.
Has anyone seen/expierenced this before? Any suggestions on what to do?
