Please find information and details related to a new ClearPass Integration with Ivanti Endpoint Manager [EPM], you’ll likely know this product by its former more popular name, LANDESK Management Suite.
LANDesk and a number of other s/w products merged under the brand Ivanti earlier this year. Products like AppSense and Shavlik should also be familiar to you.
In this TechNote find out how via SQL we can utilise EPM as an authorization source. Working directly with Ivanti helped us understand the underlying SQL schema and how we could get access to pertinent endpoint data utilizing their internal identifiers. In the TechNote are several use-cases, many more are possible and the key to accessing the data which is equally dependent on the licensed modules of EPM is explained and hopefully provides the relevant guide and knowledge transfer to allow you to do more as your customers might demand additional use-cases.
