Hello Guys,

I am on the lookout for a list of ports and services that are required for the clearpass software update feature with HPE Passport Credentials.

I found a list with all ports that are recommended to be opend, in the deployment guide, but I am searching specifically for the updates.

As I wild guess I thought that the updates use 80 HTTP and 443 HTTPS but my customer told me that these work without restriction but I cant setup the credentials for the update. They are using a proxy server and we configured it in the settings but it still isn't working.

Can anyone help me out?

We need to allows HTTPS to get clearpass updates and also HPE passport account which you use should have all your license mapped to it then only it works.
