How do you change the downlink from the IP address to a DNS URL? For example:

Current Download Link:

http://10.20.30.51/agent/installer/mac/ClearPassOnGuardInstall.dmg

Need this:

http://clearpass.company.net/agent/installer/mac/ClearPassOnGuardInstall.dmg

This issue is when users with no on guard get redirected the get a cert error because the URL is the IP and not the DNS name that matches the cert.....I think...

A bit of an old post, but I can fill in some info on the link since I am getting feedback that some users are having issues with this.

WHen you have the permanent onguard agent installed, and there is a updated version on the clearpass server, you get a notification popoup.

That notification window have a link to click for installing the updated version, and this one is https.

I have yet to verify if the behavior is constant or not myself.

I have this same problem. How do we get Clearpass to display this with the fqdn hostname?
