ClearPass Password reset

    I have a customer who doesn't know the appadmin or admin password on a physical server.  How do you complete password recovery?  TAC says RMA.  Any other ideas?

    TAC is usually correct with their advice :) If you do happen to recover one of the passwords but not the other, you can use the following guide.
