ClearPass Policy Manager could not find the page you requested. Redirecting in 5 seconds...

Hi there,

 

Has anybody seen the attached error message?

 

"ClearPass Policy Manager could not find the page you requested. Redirecting in 5 seconds..."

 

"If the application continues to be unavailable, please contact your network administrator for further assistance."

You will see this message when you try to reach a URL on the ClearPass that does not exist. Also, when ClearPass services are restarting like when you upgraded or rebooted the appliance, you will see similar (think slightly different) messages and normal operations should be restored after some minutes.

 

It could also be that you applied Service Access Lists, though I would expect also a slightly different message than 'could not find'.
