    I am trying to import a Entrust certificate to CPPM and get the following error message ( detailed in attached file ) 

    I have enabled all the Entrust entities on CPPM - how can I get past this issue?

    You must import both the root ca from entrust and the intermediate ca if there is one who signed the cert.

    The fix was to change my chain file to be a .pem rather than than generated .txt. file.
