ClearPass update problem

    Hello,

     

    This morning, I have done the ClearPass 6.2.0 Cumulative Patch 1 update but now I have no more access to the GUI and the Guest part and don't know if the update is correctly done. I can still access the CLI, so is there a command to know if the update is done or something to go further ?

    It does apply a patch to the webserver so first check to see if the services are all running

    service status all

    run

    service restart all

     

    It should have shown the services status and it looks like yours are down.

    Problem solved after the restart of all services (and the restart of CP because of the update). Thanks for you quick help Troy.
