    Hello

    I want to install a ClearPass on a virtual server , which OS I need to install it ? and what steps follow

    Clearpass is a complete vm including an OS. Follow the instructions already send in the above comment. Maybe it is wise to follow a training on clearpass

    before installing the VM I need to install any OS such as Linux ?

    You need to install either vmware or Hyper-V and then deploy the virtual
    appliance.

    No you don't it is packaged together with OS. Just deploy OVA.

    Can someone let me know how to disable an enabled plugin skin?

    My how guest web page has a different look after enabling another skin.
