Clearpas Upgrade from 6.2 to 6.4 Issue?

    In clearpass appllaince the internet is too bad so we downloaded the Bin.signed file from support and imported it and after finishing it gives 'Uploaded file is invalid, does not have meta file or unrecognised type or does not have valid signature' error and then disaappear from the software area how can I do the Upgrade?

    You should contact TAC to get that resolved.

    You could have downloaded the wrong file or it is corrupt.  TAC would be able to direct you to the correct file and correct procedure.

    Did you read the release notes on 6.4 ?
    You should read on how to upgrade from 6.2 to 6.4

    And if you continue to experience more issues you should consider opening a TAC like cjoseph suggested
