hello Airheads,

we have a publicly registered certiifcate on our 6.7 Clearpass.

It's registered with GODADDY and it's just about to expire.

There is an option to renews on the GODADDY website.

However can i do this and simply import to Clearpass.

OR do i have to submit another CSR?

Just need to submit a new CSR with the same common name you are using now

Is this for RADIUS authentication ?

If you are replacing the RADIUS certificate and the chain changed , users will need to accept a new certificate

So to replacing the certificate you should plan in the event the cert chain changed

thanks again for info Victor

You will have to create a new CSR, then in GoDaddy locate your certificate and use the "rekey" option, paste the CSR there and once is approved download your new .cer that you can update in your clearpass.
