Clearpass Database SQL Join tipsdb and insightdb

    Is there a way to perform a join across the tipsdb and insightdb databases via the appexternal account? I tried the dblink function but it doesn't appear to be installed on the Clearpass database. Previous cases with TAC have indicated JOINs are being performed across databases, which leads me to believe it is possible, hopefully from the appexternal user privileges. Thanks!
