Clearpass - Guest Account Username

    Hi,

     

    When creating a guest account the username of the account is the email address. Is there anyway I can change this so that the Guest's Name is the username?

    No. A username cannot have a space in it.

    So what if the guests name didn't have a space? Is it still possible to use that as a username?

    Or replacing the email field with the username field? When I edit the Create_User form the username field is not displayed as a selectable field to use.

    Ok never mind I've found out how to do this - Click on the very first field within the Customize Form Field (create_user), a selection box is displayed under the selected field and then click 'Insert Before'.

     

    This then allows you to add from a drop down box of all of the other fields, such as a 'username' field.
