Clearpass Guest Accounts

    Hi,

     

    can someone please tell me how I can set Guest accounts to have the default setting as "not expire"?

    I would have a look at the parameter/variable called "Expire_Time"

     

    "Optional date and time at which the visitor accounts will expire and be deleted. If blank, the account will not expire."

    Are you using Guest Self-Registration or Guest Manager "Add Guest Account" to add accounts ?

    It's for self registration

    Ok, Great.

     

    For Self-Registration, go to: 

     

    1)  Configuration

    2) Guest Self-Registration

    3) Click the page you are using for Self-Reg and click edit

    4) select the 'form'  under 'register page'

    5) in there you should find the variable expire_time
