Clearpass Guest Self Registration - Error

    Hi All,

     

    I need your help.

     

    I already configured Clearpass guest with Social Login and Self Registration deployment.

     

    But i have a problem with self registration. I got erorr like below

    when i using Facebook for authentication there is no issue.

     

    Kindly need your advice

    Hi,

     

    May I know what type of authentication source using?  There are mulitple reasons for authentication to failed, one could be delay in db replicatoin  in subscriber node in cluster.

     

    We could increase the login delay interval time in guest self registration page and check the status!

     

    * Login Delay:

    Automatic Login
    Options controlling automatically logging in from the receipt form.
    seconds

    yes i hvae social auth source. and for social login is normal.

     

    But for Self Registration i got an erorr

     

    I already increase the login delay, but still erorr.

    Do you have the Social auth source defined?
