Clearpass Guest user Traffic is showing as 0 always ?

    I have Aruba Controller 200 Series and Integrated with clearpass 6.5 ,I have guest user Traffic is showing as 0 always no changes happen so how to solve this issue?

    Do you have radius accounting configured?

    Yes I have configured Interim accounting on controller and on Clearpass I enabled it under radius section in server configuration

    I have reviewed all guys and as I told you I have Configured Interim accounting on Controller and on clearpass Enabled RADIUS accounting but still same?

    Radius accounting must also be configured in the AAA profile.  Interim accounting will not work without that step.

    Hello Guys I ran command AAA user delete all and worked well after taht don't know why but it worked

    Enable radius accounting.
