Clearpass - Insight - Retention History

    I would like to report on historical user radius authentication for a particular user (or users). When I build a template, it only shows the previous 30 days. Is there a setting I can adjust to pull more historical auths?

    Check your data retention value in the Insight settings.

    Thanks Tim. That would do it. I was digging within CPPM settings for a retention period. Didnt think to look at Admin within Insight. Thanks!

    I'd like to up db retention to 60 days.  I know environments vary widely, but are there some loose guidelines to follow when adjusting the retention period so you don't cause resource issues?
