Clearpass License Sizing

    Hello, I'm designing a Clearpass solution for a customer and they want to have high availability in the case one of the servers fails.

     

    Do I need to license each Clearpass server ?

     

    Can I license just 1 of them and in the case that one fail, the other one will asume their licenses ?

    You need a platform license for each server. The application licenses (Access, Onboard, OnGuard) are shared throughout the cluster. Please reach out to your Aruba ClearPass partner if you need assistance.
