    Dear Concerned,

     

    I am not able to access the policy manager. It giving a error.

    Did you just do an upgrade/update?

    I didnt upgrade nor update it. Due to not properly shutdown. After the power boot process it giving this error.

    do you have access to the console ? Maybe the we server service didn't start properly ?

    Try restarting that service

    Try running "service restart all" from the CLI.

    At the time of boot process, most of the services would not be start, that services are highlighted with (failed) inidcation.

    You should open a TAC case. They can access the shell and dive into the logs.
