    ClearPass Universal Profiler is a standalone product. Customers that are not
    quite ready for policy management can leverage CPUP for visibility across
    the network.

    Profiler is a free module built into clearpass to give you both profiling and enforcement. You can also get the universal profiler as a stand alone product. 

     

    I would contact you local sales team to get to get more details.
