Clearpass Quickconnect not in android playstore

    Trying to onboard a student BYOD device and we are unable to download and install the clearpass quickconnect in the android playstore.  A manual search fails to locate this application as well.

     

    Has this been removed?

    Hi,

     

    We are experiencing the same thing here today.  A manual search also does not show any Aruba QuickConnect apps.

    I created a TAC case because I had onboarding issues with Android devices. Always got an error message "Access Forbidden" when using Android devices. The Quick Connect app is removed to get the issue fixed. Will be back soon.

     

    TAC info:

    The engineering team is working on this issue with high priority and quick connect app removed from play store, please wait for the latest version of quick connect in order to resolve the issue for Android devices.

    I tried to open a tac case.  They just said they are working on it.  It has been over a week.  What is the delay?

    Unfortunately the Google Play team hasn’t been as responsive as we’d expect so there has been an increased delay in getting the app republished.
