Clearpass - Secret Question and Answer

    Hi

    I can't get the Secret Answer / Quesiton field to display on the Guest Self-Service Portal Reset Password form, guest_service_reset.php.

     

    I have enabled both the Secret Answer and Quesiton fields within the field listing and selected (Secret Question) from the drop down list on the Reset Password, as you can see below.

     

    The field doesn't display on the form, but if I choose another field from the drop down list link visitor_company this is displayed.

     

    Can you please advise what i'm missing or doing wrong. 

     

    Also, I will be doing a bulk import of users, how do I import the a defulat secret question and secret answer?
