Clearpass Serial #

    I have a CP-500-HW in a remote data center.  Is there a way to pull the serial number of the device through the CLI or web gui?

    Hi Dan,


    Try clicking the link in the attachment.

     

    There is a field for serial number... the example is blank (as it's a Virtual Appliance) let's see if yours will report and save you a roadtrip ;)

    Hello,

    i did what you said with your screenshoot but i just found "none", maybe its because my clearpass is on a virtual machine. how can i find the serial? i really need that information because i want to open a case. please help me with this.
