Clearpass Services linked and syncing up

    I've got a weird situation going on in Clearpass. I create a service, then I make a copy of that service and when I make changes to that copy, it sync those changes with the orignal service. This is causing me major problems. Is this by design? Can services link to one another and sync changes?

    If you're using the same enforcement policies and role maps in the duplicated service, they will change in both places. You would need to clone those elements as well.

    Under enforcement profiles and role maps, click the check box next to the profile and click the copy button. Then go into your new service and select them from the dropdowns..
