I face a problem that clearpass see some smratphones as Non-Smart Devices, and the End-Host Identifier  for them appears: Unkown, so clearpass send them to Onguard role.

How could i solve the problem as it appears with some smartphone devices?

Do you have DHCP helper addresses on all of your client subnets pointing to ClearPass?

    What NADs are you using?

For OnGuard, it's recommened to use the profile category Computer.

DHCP Helper is configured for all client subnets as clearpass see other smart devices, its Cisco NADs.

I think the finger print for this mobile isn't known for Clearpass for the last updated version on our device...
