Can you have both the NIC's enabled, Just to ensure that we are configuring the IP on the right NIC.

Just referring to "Installing or Upgrading to 6.7 on a Virtual Appliance" technote.

    Supported Hyper-V Versions
The following Microsoft Hyper-V versions are supported:
    Microsoft Hyper-V Server 2012 R2
    Microsoft Hyper-V Server 2016
    Windows Server 2012 R2 with Hyper-V
    Windows Server 2016 with Hyper-V

Ensure that you bring up fresh ClearPass 6.7.0 installs with the network adapter type "Network adapter" instead of
    the legacy option.

    Hi,

Can you check if the have a static MAC address assigned to the VM? Hyper-V will do a dynamic MAC address by default sometimes. Changing the mac address on a linux based VM might cause issues.

Yes and then check again if IP address is being removed.

    Hi there!
The same thing happened to me and searching the forums I found this solution.

    https://community.arubanetworks.com/t5/Security/ClearPass-Hyper-v-loses-mgmt-IP-after-reboot/td-p/488584

After assigning the MAC statically on the HiperV, simply enter CLI and write (system refresh-network)

which requires reboot. Apparently the command remaps ethernet ports with the new MAC addresses

    Luck!
