     Hi,

     

    Assume Sponsor approval is needed, I see email is the only way for sponsor to be notified that there is a guest access request. Is there any other way that is requires less resources (e.g. SMTP gateway) for this process? say IT admin can check it in clearpass portal?

    Yes, you can enable access in the ClearPass Guest.

    Just look at the list of Guest users and click enable.

    Can IAP be integrated with Clearpass without WLAN controller for the Sponsor Approval purpose?

    There is no difference between IAP and controller in this regard.
