Clearpass guest invalid certificate

    Hi,
    We just deployed clearpass with cisco controller and its working fine,
    But when guest request registration page it shows up as invalid certificate, and when the network admin trying to access to clearpass gui also getting invalid certificate as untrusted,

    We have already imported an external certificate with right cn , uploaded twice as radius and as https,
    But it doesnt work
    Can u hel please

    Try importing the certificate with the full chain of certificates embedded in the certificate.

    I did it also, but same, once i connect to clearpass gui, getting same invalid certificate
    Fo i need to add added it from certificate autherity from onboard page?

    In the cmd line

    service restart all

    Also make sure your browser isnt caching anything. Click on the browser bar and see what cert is being presented.

    Also I have seen some devices do not have all the Root CA or intermediates in their trust list so you need to combine all three and import.
