    We just got Clearpass up and running in a wireless sandbox for testing and tweaking. We had the basics up and running with 802.1x with WPA AES. Then comes along the patch yesterday (Cumlative Patch 2 for 6.3.0, 6.3.1) and now its broken :smileyfrustrated: as noone can now authenticate. Here is the error I keep seeing in the Access Tracker:

    Any advice from anyone?

    You need to add ClearPass to the domain

    Thanks Victor,

     

    One of AD server guys checked it out and you were correct, somehow it was no longer joined to the domain. Once I re-joined the domain it started working again. Much appreciated!
