Clearpass policy manager maximum devices?

    Hi all, 

    I have a question about the devices that Clearpass CP-500 can manage? 

    I have CP-500 and Aruba recommend CP-500 manage maximum 500 devices. 

    How CP-500 calculate the devices? If devices 501 - 600 that connects to network, CP-500 will drop or reject or devices still be authenticated and connect to network?

    Clearpass will never reject an auth because of lic violation. If you violate lic 4 out of a 6 month period then the admin will be locked out until they call TAC and have it unlocked
