    Hi guys,

     

    did any of you ever saw the following error  ''Install Error'' following a clearpass upgrade ?

    how can I fix this ?

    What is the version of you Clearpass?

    Hi,

    GUI and CLI shows 6.5.3.75367

    Since you already get the version 6.5.3, I think you must directly use the clearpass cumulative patch 4 for 6.5.3Clearpass_error.JPG

     

    Try it and I hope after a successful install and a reboot you will not get the error anymore.
