Did you purchased tokens from an SMS gateway ? If not you can send sms via SMTP

    Yes .
You need add the "auto_sms" field in the "guest_multi" form

    Go to Home>Guest>Manage Multiple Accounts

And you can select multiple accounts that you would like to send the SMS

That sounds like a manual process?

We need to automate the process, for example any account that is 24hrs from expiring will be automatically notified(via SMS) that their account is about to expire.

    Is this possible?

no 100% sure but i don't know any functionality to trigger something like this natively from ClearPass. there is the posibility for certificates that are about to expire but that is all.

you could do something if the user logs in and is within that 24h window.

else you might be able to script something towards it.
